According to the Right of withdrawal - art. 64 D.Lgs. N. 206 dated 06/09/2005 the buyer has the right to return the item, without

need to specify the reason, if the following requirements are met:

- no more than 14 working days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer;

- the item is returned intact (ie not used and complete with all original packaging and accessories).

Satisfied the aforementioned conditions of the law the buyer has the right to be reimbursed the full amount excluding shipping costs that are always paid by the buyer.

If you want to make the return, the refund is made on the same payment method on which the order was made, in the case of bank transfers and cash on delivery, the user must indicate via e-mail an IBAN to which to make the transfer.

In case of return of the item, please inform us via e-mail the products you intend to return and tracking the package.
The refund will be made within 8/10 working days from receipt of the package.

All purchases made from our site are subject to the regulation of Legislative Decree. n.185 of 22/05/1999 concerning distance contracts.

- Product warranty:
In the event that the product has manufacturing defects (such as necklines or dents, ...) it is the obligation of Scatolificio F.lli BIONDI & C. snc to apply the same conditions as the law of the right of withdrawal. If the product arrives to the Customer in a state of damage caused by shipping, Scatolificio F.lli BIONDI & C. snc does not assume any responsibility in this regard, as the packaging made by it falls within the provisions provided by the courier.

- Return

Payment must be made no later than 5 working days after the date of purchase of the object.
Any delays are allowed only after communication from the buyer.
At the end of the 5 working days, if we have not received the payment, the order will be automatically canceled.

SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout and change process depending on the shipping address.
The minimum cost of shipping costs is about 1 cubic meter; the successive brackets exceed every 1 cubic meter.

Italy: € 60.00 every 1 cubic meter.
Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia: € 75.00 every 1 cubic meter.

For the shipping address, keep in mind these two cases:
- with Paypal payment we are obliged to send the item to the address indicated by the buyer during payment;
- with other payment methods, the buyer is required to inform us of the address to be sent in case of an address different from the billing address.
