All purchases made from our site are subject to the regulation of Legislative Decree. n.185 of 22/05/1999 concerning distance contracts.

- What is a distance contract:
By online contract of sale is understood the distance contract, ie the legal transaction concerning the purchase of products, stipulated between Scatolificio F.lli BIONDI & C. snc with registered office in 63831 Rapagnano (FM) Via S. Andrea n.8, and a consumer, carried out remotely, via the telematic network, on their Website. The sale of the products ends at the company premises.

- Sales prices:
All prices shown are VAT INCLUDED. The payment of the price and related shipping costs, which are to be borne by the consumer, may be made by the consumer only through the methods indicated in the general conditions of sale.

- Issue of the document certifying the purchase:
After the purchase, Scatolificio F.lli BIONDI & C. snc undertakes to issue a regular invoice.

- Product warranty:
In the event that the product has manufacturing defects (such as necklines or dents, ...) it is the obligation of Scatolificio F.lli BIONDI & C. snc to apply the same conditions as the law of the right of withdrawal. If the product arrives to the Customer in a state of damage caused by shipping, Scatolificio F.lli BIONDI & C. snc does not assume any responsibility in this regard, as the packaging made by it falls within the provisions provided by the courier.

- Return
If you want to make the return, the refund is made on the same payment method on which the order was made, in the case of bank transfers and cash on delivery, the user must indicate via e-mail an IBAN to which to make the transfer.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be made no later than 5 working days after the date of purchase of the object.
Any delays are allowed only after communication from the buyer.
At the end of the 5 working days, if we have not received the payment, the order will be automatically canceled.

Receiving a paypal payment we are obliged to send the items to the address that the buyer has specified in the payment receipt paypal.

SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout and change process depending on the shipping address.
The minimum cost of shipping costs is about 1 cubic meter; the successive brackets exceed every 1 cubic meter.

Italy: € 60.00 every 1 cubic meter.
Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia: € 75.00 every 1 cubic meter.

For the shipping address, keep in mind these two cases:
- with Paypal payment we are obliged to send the item to the address indicated by the buyer during payment;
- with other payment methods, the buyer is required to inform us of the address to be sent in case of an address different from the billing address.
